The Outbuildings - Sarah & Sion
Early 2019, I started walking the Anglesey Coastal Path. The aim is to complete 12-15 mile stages, once a month, until I complete the entire walk, ,which is approximately 140 miles. I'm discovering so much beauty on the island - the variety in views is mind blowing. There are many examples of 'Ynys Mon's' beauty in my 'Wales' Gallery (which are incidentally available to purchase).
Imagine my delight when Sarah & Sion asked me to shoot their wedding at 'The Outbuildings' with the incredible Snowdonia National Park as a back drop.
During our Pre-Wedding Consultation, Sarah & Sion cooked me a chilli with a range of hot sauces, so they are definitely leading the table for 'Best Meeting with a Client' so far :-) - they are so much fun to work with!
On the actual day of the wedding I began the day with Sarah, friends and family at their home in Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. There was a lovely calm vibe, before heading over to the Outbuildings in a couple of 'Tesla' Cars.
Sion and the groomsmen were waiting patiently at the venue for the rest to arrive before the ceremony could commence.
Now we could proceed to the epic surroundings..... fields of green, distant mountains, beautiful barn and outbuildings, including the iconic 'Pink Hut'.
All this before the Wedding Breakfast, Speeches and the 'Evening Do'. Might I add, that one of the perks of my job is getting the opportunity to eat great food at these stunning venues..... food at the Outbuildings is immense (apologies, but no photo's - just trust me)!!!
As I keep mentioning, Sarah & Sion were good to me - they fed me well but above all made me feel comfortable and were always 'up for the craic'. At one point, whilst witnessing an intense game of 'Giant Jenga', I turned around to see the groom having a round of tennis!!! This made for great photo opportunities, interchanging with the odd group shot.... before the evenings party.

I wish both Sarah & Sion a lifetime of happiness together. I loved capturing their day with great friends and family.
