Lucy & Ryan’s wedding at Wigfair Hall was a strong example of how a well-planned day, a great group of people, and a standout venue come together effortlessly. Set just outside St Asaph, Wigfair Hall offers a mix of period character, open grounds, and clean backdrops—ideal for natural, documentary-style wedding photography across the entire day.

Wedding Prep at Wigfair Hall
The morning had a steady, relaxed pace. Prep focused on real moments—interaction, reactions, and the small details that build the story. Lucy’s dress from Hugo & Elliott and finishing touches were captured alongside preparations led by Mania Beauty and the bridal party. How nice do the flowers, by Scent with Love look?

Outdoor Ceremony at Wigfair Hall
The ceremony took place Indoors, making the most of the beautiful interiors at Wigfair Hall. The entrance, vows, and ring exchange all flowed naturally, with live music adding atmosphere from Harpist, Elfair.
No overcomplication—just a straightforward ceremony, genuine reactions, and a clean setting that allowed everything to stand out.

Confetti, Canapés & Drinks Reception
Confetti straight after the ceremony set the pace for the drinks reception. Guests relaxed while canapés from Dai Chef kept things moving.
We took 15–20 minutes for couple portraits, using the woodland areas and the wisteria on the house for variety. Group photos followed, alongside candid coverage of entertainment from Jay Gatling and U-Toons Caricature.

Speeches & Wedding Breakfast
The wedding breakfast continued the relaxed tone, with speeches first—always a good call for keeping energy high. Details like the flowers from Scent with Love and the rings were captured alongside reactions across the room.

Free Time & Evening Coverage
Free time gave space for remaining group photos and more natural coverage. Dominoes were brought out, where Ryan enjoyed the competition against his siblings; and the bouncy castle from Tiny Tots Inflatables kept things lively.
Evening food from Jordy’s Pizza went down well before heading into the final part of the day.

Evening at Wigfair Hall
The evening wrapped up with the cake cutting, followed by the first dance.
