Faenol Fawr - Lucy & Daniel
Back on a lovely warm day in June, Lucy & Daniel celebrated their special day at The Barn at Faenol Fawr, Bodelwydden. Here's an insight to what was an incredible day. A list of the suppliers, (with links) who were part of their day, are listed at the bottom of the blog.
The morning began with Lucy and her Bridal party at the Bridal suite at Faenol Fawr Hotel. As ever, I arrive 3 hours before the ceremony to meet everyone and capture the small details at the venue as well as the Wedding Dress. As the morning progressed, there is even more opportunity for photo's - hair & make up (by Cassie M Bridal), the groom and groomsmen, the ceremony room and guests arriving... until the ceremony commences.
It's great when the bridal party are ready early. With guests seated, it allowed time for group photo's before the ceremony whilst the dresses looked pristine. Incidentally, the dress was provided by Cameo Brides, Llandudno.
Congratulations to the newlyweds. Now for the drinks reception to begin... straight after the confetti walk and a group photo of the entire wedding party - there's a convenient vantage point on the first floor of the Faenol Fawr for these results. Whilst guests enjoyed a drink, Lucy, Dan, Ben (the Videographer) and I took a walk around the venue for some photo's.
With group photo's and a couples shoot completed, it was over to the Barn for the Wedding reception. I took a few internal shots of the room prepared before guests started to make their way over from the main house. Then food and speeches.... and some great reactions.
With speeches out of the way, we were on to the Evening reception. As evening guests arrive, this is a great time to complete any additional group photo's and other bits of detail, before the traditions of cutting the cake and the first dance.
