Vale Country Club - Emily & Chester
After a beautiful few months of family time, my 2023 wedding photography season was about to kick off with Emily & Chester's celebrations at one of my fave locations - nestled under the Clwydian Mountain Range, after 10 wonderful weddings there last year, it was fitting that I began my year at Vale Country Club.
My morning began at Emily's family home in Hawarden with Emily, her parents, bridal party and little man Jackson (what an absolute star), for 'bridal prep' with Salon LA on hair and Beauty Chaos on Make-up.
I loved the "dress reveal" to Emily's Dad - a beautiful moment to capture.
Meanwhile at Vale Country Club, Chester and the gents waited patiently for Emily's arrival. Once again, the venue looked beautiful and our conditions were perfect for photography. After some photo's of Chester and his groomsmen, and once guests has taken a seat, the girls arrived in the surprise wedding cars, by Red Carpet Cars. The ceremony could commence.
A huge congratulations to Emily & Chester. Let the drinks flow! The celebrations could begin.
If you're marrying in UK, expect showers or at least a period of overcast skies, but there's always a break to work around and take advantage of our amazing scenery.
Check out the rustic decor inside the beautiful Vale Country Club. We were all set for the wedding breakfast and speeches and were treated to a great father of the bride speech from Emily's dad, followed by the Groom, Chester, before a tremendous best man performance from Rob... which made for great photo's.
I love all of these reactions. What could Rob possibly have said?
We were into the evening do. The resident Big dog, "Nel", joined in. I must have 100's of photo's of this dog, but she is beautiful! The momentum shifted into the evening reception and after the tradition of the cake cutting, Chester's groomsmen sabotaged the first dances with their own rendition of KISS, which was another great moment, complete with masks!
