The Barn at Faenol Fawr - Seren & Conor
Another beautiful day at the Faenol Fawr - It's becoming a regular thing. Today I was photographing the wedding of Seren & Conor. These lovely people are high school sweethearts bringing together their family and friends to celebrate their special day together. I was honoured to be a part of it.
My morning began with Seren and her Bridal party with hair stylists (Kirin Jones and Hannah Matthews) as well as make-up artist (Leah Thomas) at the Faenol Fawr's hotel. I spent my time with the girls photographing the pre-ceremony emotion and interaction as well as the dress and detail. Conor arrived in his Mums BMW with Best Man, so I ventured out to the main driveway from the main road to capture their arrival.
Back with the bridal party and it was time to get into the dress and to do the big reveal. Seren opted for 2 dress reveals - one for her Nain and another for Dad - Both with beautiful reactions. Then it was onward, to the ceremony.
It was a beautiful ceremony at the Barn, opposite the main house where the drinks reception was to take place. First, time for the confetti walk and a main group shot of the entire wedding party. The drinks could flow, whilst I took group photo's as well as some time with Seren & Conor.
The wedding breakfast and speeches soon followed - some great reactions and emotion back at the Barn. I enjoyed some excellent food whilst the wedding party dined, before taking Seren & Conor for some more photo's before the evening reception could commence.
With the sun now set and evening guests arriving, it was time for the traditional 'cutting the cake' photograph before the first dance.
