Rowton Hall - Hayley & Jade

Today, we were treated to some beautiful conditions. The sun was shining, the venue - Rowton Hall, and its grounds looked pristine... and our brides, Hayley & Jade, were an absolute dream to work with. We were in for an amazing day!

They were both getting ready on separate floors at the accommodation at Rowton Hall. When I arrived, Hayley and her bridal party were having their hair done upstairs, whilst Jade and her bridal party were having their make-up done downstairs. The idea was to keep them separate until the bridal walk. Keep scrolling to see their unique entrance.

I always arrive 3 hours before the ceremony to capture the details such as the dress, the shoes, the hair and make up etc. This is also a great opportunity to capture those candid moments that everyone loves.

I love a 'dress reveal' photo. By having two brides I get double the opportunity for dress reveals photo's... plus, double the entrances to the ceremony. However, this is where Hayley & Jade had requested something entirely different. They wanted to walk the aisle at the same time. To make this work, with their fathers, Hayley and Jade walked down the side of the guests (as opposed to down a central aisle). When they reached the top they could turn to face each other before walking towards one another and meeting in the middle. For this, I needed a second photographer - so that we could be allocated to each bride. Huw and I managed to make it work :-)

It really was a beautiful ceremony. Loads of love and laughter. Now the celebrations could begin.

Whilst guests were left to enjoy the drinks reception and outdoor games (which looked amazing) Hayley, Jade and I (as well as Geraint (the Videographer) took a walk around the beautiful grounds of Rowton Hall.

Before the speeches and wedding breakfast there was time for group photo's with the background Caribbean sounds of Steel Drums.

I loved the 'games' theme of the day. To be fair Hayley & Jade nailed it. These look great!

Perfect for the scorching weather, a BBQ was served for the Wedding Breakfast. The smells were immense. Hayley & Jade made time to partake in some of the outdoor games before sneaking off for an evening photoshoot on a separate location on the Rowton Hall grounds, during the the low sunlight.

The evening reception could now commence and Hayley and Jade started the preceding's with separate dances with their Dads, before joining for their first dance. Then the rest of the guests flooded onto the dancefloor.

I’d like to wish Hayley & Jade a lifetime of happiness. Congratulations to you both and thanks so much for booking Nathan Roberts Photography to capture your special day. I had a lovely day celebrating and capturing your day with wonderful family and friends.
