Kinmel Hotel - Ruth & Gareth

Ruth is one of my oldest and dearest female friends from school. We’ve grown up together from infants’ school, all the way through high school and beyond. Now, I had the honour of capturing Ruth’s special day, with Gareth.

The morning began in one of the suites at Kinmel Hotel & Kinspa with the bridal party’s make-up courtesy of the amazing Keena Roberts.

The ceremony took place at the nearby Marble Church, Bodelwydden. Only 3 minutes from my home, I love photographing weddings at this stunning iconic church right on the A55. Here I met Gareth and the gents for some group photos before Ruth arrives, with her Dad.The drinks reception and wedding breakfast were due to commence shortly after, however…. There was a wedding to be had.

After the Church, it was back to the Kinmel Hotel for some group photos and lots of laughter, before heading inside for the speeches and wedding breakfast.

The traditional cake cutting and first dance followed for yet more photography opportunities to lead us into the evening reception.
