Abbeywood Estate - Leanne & Neil

It's only been a couple of months since I was last here, but it's so good to be back in Abbeywood Estate. In case you've not read any of my earlier Abbeywood blogs, I LOVE this venue - this is where my wife and I married in September 2015. This time however, it was for Leanne and Neil's beautiful day.

The day began with Leanne and her bridal party preparing for the day ahead in one of the out buildings, with the gents prepping separately nearby. The weather conditions were quite unpredictable all morning. One minute bright and sunny to heavy showers the next minute. A decision was to be made with minutes to spare. Fortunately, Abbeywood has an abundance of locations to marry.

With the decision for an indoor wedding confirmed, the ceremony could commence.

A massive congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Cooper. As if by magic, the second that Neil kissed his bride, the heavens opened and the clouds dispersed. Guests could now mingle in the gardens whilst group photos and portraits of the newlyweds could take place. All before Leanne & Neil were welcomed into the Orangery for their wedding breakfast.

Once the food was served and with yet more beautiful conditions outdoors, we took advantage of the opportunity to walk the rest of the grounds/gardens to capture more photographs.

Soon after the evening reception began. I loved the rustic big 'LOVE' letters and the LED light dancefloor - a lovely combination and a nice ambiance for the cake cutting and first dance photo's.

I wish both Leanne & Neil a lifetime of happiness together. I loved capturing their day with great friends and family. If you know of anyone that might be getting married at Abbeywood Estate, or anywhere else in the world, and are in need of a wedding photographer to capture their day, please spread the word.
